On Monday, November 24, Lithuanian fintech company NEO Finance, AB appeared at the Nasdaq MarketSite Bell Ringing Ceremony in New York’s Times Square. The company was invited to participate following its recognition at the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025 for excellence in transparency, corporate governance, and investor relations. NEO Finance joined other Baltic award-winning companies from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia in ringing the closing bell at the world’s most iconic financial stage.
The Nasdaq Bell Ringing Ceremony is a symbolic tradition marking the opening or closing of the trading session at Nasdaq’s MarketSite studio in Times Square. The ceremony offers companies global visibility and celebrates outstanding performance, innovation, and contribution to capital markets.

In the first nine months of 2025, compared with the same period in 2024, NEO Finance increased its revenue by 30% to €5.87 million, while pre-tax profit grew by an impressive 215%, reaching €1.21 million. The company’s EBITDA doubled (+111%) to €1.61 million, and the EBITDA margin improved to 27.35% (from 16.93% a year earlier).
