NEO Finance grows 20% in the first quarter

NEO Finance, AB generated revenues of EUR 1.77 million in the first quarter of 2025, 20% more than in the same period in 2024. The company’s profit before tax increased by 182% to EUR 0.36 million and EBITDA doubled to EUR 0.49 million. The EBITDA margin in the first quarter was 27.74% (16.6% in 2024). The financial results for the first three months of theyear were published by the company on the NASDAQ Baltic exchange information system.

NEO Finance operates Neopay, a payment service provider, the peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform Paskolų klubas (internationally known as NEO Finance platform) and the crowdfunding platform FinoMark.

“The start of the year was unique due to the totally unpredictable geopolitical changes inspired by the new US administration, which made businesses and investors cautious. This did not prevent NEO Finance from growing successfully in all business segments, following a balanced, relatively cautious growth strategy. We are currently strengthening our team and preparing for expansion into new areas, and I am confident that NEO Finance’s growth will gain more momentum this year, especially if the markets stabilise and there is more optimism,“ – said Evaldas Remeikis, Chief Executive Officer of NEO Finance.

NEO Finance’s open banking and payment services business, operating under the Neopay brand, is currently one of the largest independent payment operators in Lithuania and a clear leader in the provision of payment initiation services (MIP) among Fintech companies. Neopay processed 11.31 million payments in the first quarter of 2025, 9% more than in the same period in 2024. Earlier this year, Neopay entered the self-service payment terminal market together with RASO, a technology company owned by ERA Capital.

The peer-to-peer lending platform NEO Finance issued EUR 11.3 million in loans during the period, or 8.7% more than in the first three months of 2024. More than half of the newly issued loans were for the refinancing of customer liabilities. There are currently 33.1 thousand investors on the platform, with an average loan size of EUR 3,937. The largest single investor in the NEO Finance platform is the German fund nordIX, which has already invested EUR 10.2 million.

Finomark, a crowdfunding platform in its early stages of development, had funding volumes of €1.7 million at the beginning of the year, 43.8% more than in Q1 2024. The total volume of the loan portfolio remained stable at EUR 5.53 million. There are 4,500 investors on the platform.
